About Eickhorn Solingen

Since 1865, Eickhorn Solingen has been crafting precision cutting tools in the City of Blades: Solingen, Germany.

More recently, we are known for supplying the German Bundeswehr's "Kampfmesser 2000" (KM2000 BW), the French Army's SG2000WC-F Bayonet, and more.

Our portfolio is primarily focused on Professional Knives for military and rescue purposes. We also make EDC, Kitchen and Outdoor knives, as well as unique Damascus Art Pieces using German-Forged Balbachdamast. We also offer OEM services and are ISO9001:2015 certified.

We combine tradition with modern manufacturing; blade contours are CNC-Ground on machines made in neighboring Wuppertal, yet every single knife is hand-sharpened and assembled in our Solingen Manufactory.
These methods allow us to produce up to 6-figure quantities of knives with our staff of fewer than twenty.
