The Eickhorn Aviator II (formerly ASEK-I-Tanto), shares all the features of the Aviator I, the sole difference being the new Tanto tip shape rather than the Aviator I's Straight Back.

It features a Sandwich-Construction Eickhorn Professional blade capable with a saw designed to enable cutting of laminated safety glass found in NATO aircraft. The black Kalgard coating inhibits reflection and slows corrosion. (Seat-)belt and Rope cutting becomes effortless using the integrated belt cutter and/or serrated edge. The Glass-Reinforced Nylon handle is electrically insulated and a hardened glass breaker is threaded into the butt of the knife. The handle also features an eyelet for lanyard attachment.
