The Recon Force is a classical commando dagger with a black, Kalgard-coated blade. To maintain high toughness and elasticity, Eickhorn Professional Bayonet Steel, a spring steel hardened to 53HRC, was used.
In combat, this provides an advantage over products from other manufacturers which use regular knife steel hardened to higher hardnesses, which often lack the required toughness as a result.
To ease the cutting of tough and fibrous materials the Recon Force is equipped with partial serrations along one edge.
Black, coated stainless steel hand guard. Ergonomic and textured handle from Glass-Reinforced Nylon. Robust Polymer sheath with belt for attachment to modern MOLLE carrying systems.
